Before every hypnosis session I will first have to induce an alpha level brain wave. This is when the mind is most malleable and obedient and can over write all previous self negative programming the client might have been brought up with. Like maybe as a child he had a critical relative who kept saying he was useless. Hypnotherapy promotes positive self-talk and visualization techniques, encouraging the subconscious mind to accept new, empowering beliefs. Visualizing success and competence can reprogram the mind to reflect these traits in real-life situations, boosting overall self-confidence. Moreover, hypnotherapy helps reduce anxiety and stress, which often accompany low self-esteem. By addressing underlying issues, such as past traumas or fears, hypnotherapy fosters a more self-assured and resilient mindset.
