How to practice semen retention

When a man practices semen retention he can redirect the energy involved in sexual activity that culminates in ejaculation, to boost performance in other areas of life eg career or relationships or health. Many men who practice semen retention believe it increases both physical and spiritual energy. In short, sexual energy can be harnessed and redirected as a powerful creative force in other areas of your life.

You can use it as an incentive for your creative, professional and personal  productivity.  In addition  you  can do this without sacrificing the pleasure of the sexual experience, if you so choose to.

Men who practice semen retention say that sexual desire is a major driver of successful characteristics like imagination, willpower, persistence, courage and creativity. Even men who are unsuccessful in other parts of their lives can marshall these traits when harnessing their sexual desire.

Thus, if the energy that promotes these characteristics can be harnessed and redirected to other aspects of life, it can be a powerful creative force for any form of professional and personal development.

There are two ways to do this process – the  first is abstinence, and while that can mean abstaining from masturbation and sex altogether, it can also mean abstaining for periods in between your sexual activity.

The other method involves muscle control while having sex. Basically, you have to learn how to have an orgasm without ejaculating – that is have a “dry orgasm”. Sounds difficult  but it’s really not that difficult. It just takes a little practice. You can begin by doing some Kegel exercises. Your Kegel muscles are pelvic floor muscles, and by flexing them right before ejaculation, you can have what’s called a “dry orgasm.

Many athletes practice abstinence before a tournament or match. Eg Muhammad Ali, and even some soccer programs initiate “sex bans” on entire teams before past world cups. Napoleon Hill was also a believer of this practice.
