TANTRIC PRANAYAMA

Types of pranayama:-

1/ rapid inhalation and rapid exhalation through both nostrils – this clears your nasal passage and your sinuses and the subtle channels.  

2/ Conquest of the sun breathing- quick inhalation through the right nostril, hold your breath then exhale through the left nostril.  This is to calm the mind.  Make you feel bold and strong.   If you are trying to go to sleep long inhalation through the left nostril exhale through the left.  Repeat this for ten minutes or so and you will start to feel drowsy and hopefully drift off to dreamland. 

3/ inhalation through both nostrils and exhale through the left nostril which helps to clear all diseases caused by too much phlegm, wind and can help strengthen the muscles of the heart. 

4/ Curl your tongue suck in cool breath in the mouth and exhale through the nostrils. This helps restore your youthful looks and digestive system. 

5/ Bee like breathing. Hum like a bee during inhalation and exhalation is said to strengthen the throat and the heart chakra. 

Pranayama performed correctly destroys all diseases while breathing incorrectly eg shallow breathing can be the cause of many ills and ill being.
