9 Breaths Purification
You can learn to cleanse the viral channels through the 9 breaths purification. The following exercise is a quick way to increase energy in just a few seconds. Use it instead of coffee in the morning:). Take a deep full inhalation, then exhale rapid, short, sharp forced bursts. You should be able to exhale about 10 short breaths in 5 seconds. As you inhale focus on drawing the breath deep down, toward the genitals. Exhaling, focus on the air going up the spine and exiting the top f the head.
The Fire Breath
this exercise is done while sitting. Do the vase breath and this time you are going to retain the breath, condense the energy and hold it. Focus your mind on the fire seed in the navel. As you inhale swallow a little saliva and hold your throat closed, so that you are forcing the upper winds of the body downward. At the same time clench your buttocks and lift upward so that the lower winds are forced upward. All this force converges on the fire centre which in turn, fills the whole body with pure elemental fire. After 4-5 breaths you should feel a blissful feeling descending from the crown centre the idea being that the fire melts the frozen seed of wisdom. This exercise is adapted from the Tibetan Tummo exercise which can raise body temperatures.
