An enema is a process where fluid like water, coffee, is introduced in the rectum through a pipe to soften and expel toxins or accumulated fecal wastes from the intestines. The colon plays an important role in digesting food and extracting all the nutrients you need from your diet to keep you healthy. The colon also removes water from the digested food to form faeces or stool.
Enemas can help cleanse the colons of hard stools.
Enemas are not just for constipation. In some Hospitals they require you to do an enema before surgeries.
I personally do not think it can help you lose weight but it can help clear problematic skin like acne , candida, help the liver to function better. Long time ago I had skin problem (pimples) on the back and when I started using enemas it cleared up almost immediately after my very first enema. Frankly speaking I was quite impressed.
Enemas can help the body get rid of toxins which in turn can help blood circulation , improved overall health.
There are many types of enemas like coffee enemas, chamomile tea enemas, milk enemas… Regardless, It is recommended that you use distilled or filtered water and not tap water which is full of chlorine or fluorite. Also do not use alcohol in your enemas. Water should be warm and not overly hot or cold as this may shock your system. It has been suggested for girls suffering from vaginal candidas to do a yogurt insert to help re-establish healthy flora in the vagina tract. This being the case if you are suffering from IBS or irritable bowel syndrome you may like to try a yogurt enema.
Most detox centres or cancer farms use enemas as part of their healing regimes. It is better to do an enema after a bowel movement for a double cleanse. I recently read of a colon surgeon (Japanese) who himself does several enemas a day :). We know the Japanese people are quite kinky.
